How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a payment transaction, full credit card details will not be stored on our servers.

EHI Population Export

We support both patient level and population level EHI export in excel format. As a user you access the data by going to the Client list page, setting up the search parameters needed, and exporting to Excel. As a patient you go into your portal and download your records in PDF/CSV format.

Google Calendar Integration and Google API Data

When a user connects ClientCare to Google Calendar, ClientCare may access the Google Calendar data that the user authorizes, including calendar identifiers, event titles, dates and times, locations, descriptions, attendees, conferencing details or links, Google event IDs, and related synchronization metadata. ClientCare may also store OAuth tokens needed to keep the integration connected.

ClientCare uses Google Calendar data only to provide, support, secure, and maintain the Google Calendar synchronization feature requested by the user, including creating, updating, deleting, displaying, and synchronizing appointments between ClientCare and Google Calendar.

We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, retargeting, data brokerage, information resale, or any unrelated commercial purpose. We do not use Google Calendar data or other Google user data to send marketing emails, serve ads, or build advertising profiles.

We may share Google user data only with service providers who help us operate, secure, or provide ClientCare services, and only as necessary for those services. These service providers are required to keep the information confidential and may not use Google user data for their own purposes.

Google user data is protected using secure transmission, access controls, and security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access.

ClientCare retains Google Calendar data, OAuth tokens, calendar IDs, Google event IDs, and synchronization metadata for as long as the Google Calendar integration remains connected or as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or support healthcare record, audit, or compliance requirements.

Users may disconnect Google Calendar from ClientCare or revoke ClientCare’s access from their Google Account. After disconnection or revocation, ClientCare will stop accessing Google Calendar and will delete stored OAuth tokens, except where limited information must be retained for legal, security, audit, healthcare record, or compliance obligations.

The use and transfer of raw or derived information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
